Originally from Cuba, I am a professional chef trained at the Laurentians Hotel School in Sainte-Adèle, Quebec, Canada. Inspired by Cuban flavors, fresh ingredients, nature, and fishing, I specialize in private dining and meal preparation. I focus on creating memorable experiences through great food, warm hospitality, and consistent service.
