Amuse-Bouche
Bruschetta of fresh heirloom tomatoes and sweet-spicy tomato compote on artisanal toasted bread, finished with basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Cold Starter
Chilled melon and prosciutto salad with fresh basil and a light vinaigrette.

Pasta Course

Handmade ravioli filled with sweet corn, caramelized onions, and mascarpone cheese, served in browned butter with toasted walnuts.

Main Course
Seared beef tenderloin with a red wine reduction, sautéed wild mushrooms, and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert
Classic tiramisù with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and dusted cocoa.

We had such a great experience with Wilmer. He has an amazing attitude — super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He really listens and follows instructions carefully, which made everything run smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious! You can tell he puts a lot of care and skill into what he cooks. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully done. He also left the kitchen spotless, which we really appreciated. Overall, just a great person to have around. Would definitely recommend him!.
