Hi, I’m Mohammad, but you can call me Chef Moe. I bring over 17 years of culinary experience from Syria, Turkey, Lebanon, and the U.S., creating flavorful meals that bring people together. I specialize in Mediterranean cuisine, Italian-American classics, and authentic charcoal-grilled Mediterranean barbecue. Whether you already have a menu in mind or would like me to create one for you, I’ll customize each experience based on your taste, occasion, and preferences. I can't even explain how incredible Chef Moe was. This was my first time using Chefpost for a private event in my home and I was blown away. From the communication prior to my event, to Chef Moe helping curate my menu (CompletelyGF/DF) it was flawless. Chef Moe was extremely professional with myself, guests and my home. The food he made ( we had some of his Mediterranean menu) was SO fresh, SO good, my guests were looking up his profile on Chefpost while eating lunch! Chef Moe's dishes exceeded every single expectation I had and his kind easy going demeanor was a cherry on top! Thank you Chef for the most perfect meal!.
