Mediterranean Family-style Dinner

Chef Lorena has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Her food is always delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared, and she has made such a difference to our week as a busy family. What I especially love is the variety and thought she puts into the menus. Some of our favorites have included her Spanish-style baked chicken cutlets, pollo al ajillo, branzino with tomatoes and sweet peppers, and Spanish turkey meatloaf. Even the sides feel special; things like her garlic rice, pisto manchego, garlic spinach, and charred cauliflower with shishito peppers are so flavorful and never feel like an afterthought. She is also great at including more family-friendly options, which is hugely helpful when you’re feeding children as well as adults. Lorena is flexible, reliable, and really listens to our preferences. Everything feels home-cooked and comforting, but with the quality and creativity you would expect from a professional chef. Having her prepare our meals has taken a tremendous amount of stress out of our week without sacrificing the pleasure of sitting down to genuinely wonderful food.
