Gyoza Wrappers
Each guest makes their own authentic dumpling wrappers from scratch

Filling (choose pork or beef for the group)
Ground pork or beef mixed with cabbage, green onion, garlic, fresh ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sake

Folding & Cooking
Learn authentic pleating techniques
Cook your own dumplings: pan-fry for crispy bottoms OR steam for soft texture
Rotating cooking stations for larger groups

Classic Gyoza Dipping Sauce
Soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil
Optional: chili oil for heat

Hands-on instruction and folding techniques

2 hours for 10 guests | 3+ hours for larger groups
