I’m Chef Santiago, a luxury private chef in Miami specializing in Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, and Latin cuisine, including premium grilled dishes and authentic paellas. I create personalized dining experiences for private dinners, family gatherings, yacht events, and special celebrations, with menus tailored to your preferences, dietary needs, and occasion.

I have used 4 chefs and all have been great. The meals are delicious and they clean up for you as well. Be clear about your special likes and dislikes and they will follow suit. Also the booking staff is excellent and so attentive. Meal prepping is honestly one of the easiest and best ways to start the week! Especially when it’s off your plate. Santiago went a little more above and beyond.
