Including The Slanted Door and Universal cafe in San Francisco, both multiple James Beard award winners. I’ll work with you 1-on-1 to create innovative food and exciting events to satisfy your every need. I focus on producing beautiful, delicious food with authentic taste and dramatic presentation of flavors from around the world. From menu planning and ingredient sourcing to meal prep and service, I do it all so you will enjoy your experience.
