First:

Organic baby romaine Ceaser salad with Parmesan and sour dough croutons.

Main courses choice of:

Fancy Turkey meatloaf with thyme and parsley with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted green beans
&

Grass fed meatball's with San Maranzno tomato sauce and Pecorino with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli.

Having 11 years experience as a private chef in NYC. With 28 years of experience working as Chef de Cuisine at some of the US's finest restaurants. Including The Slanted Door and Universal cafe in San Francisco, both multiple James Beard award winners. I’ll work with you 1-on-1 to create innovative food and exciting events to satisfy your every need. I focus on producing beautiful, delicious food with authentic taste and dramatic presentation of flavors from around the world. From menu planning and ingredient sourcing to meal prep and service, I do it all so you will enjoy your experience.
