Red Meat Menu:

Crostini with whipped goat cheese, beef steak, and homemade chimichurri.
Four Formaggi with homemade gnocchi and crispy walnuts.
Filet mignon Wellington with mushrooms, spinach, and parsnip mashed puree.
Chocolate flourless cake with caramel and vanilla cream.

From the Ocean Menu:

Mussel meat in tapioca crispy bites.
Salmon spicy tartare with sesame oil on fried seaweed.
White fish with miso couscous, sautéed spinach, and plantain chips.
Lemon brûlée with Italian meringue.

Vegetarian We Go Menu:

Brussels sprouts salad with crispy chickpeas, peanuts, and tahini dressing.
Creamy feta hummus with grilled balsamic vinegar portobello mushroom.
Vegetarian spinach and ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce and zucchini fries.
Vegan traditional tiramisu.

This Chefpost Experience includes the ingredients, the chef’s services, cooking, serving, and kitchen clean up.
We highly recommend booking a server for all events with more than 8 guests.
The experience does not include serveware, flatware, dinnerware, or glassware.

Professional Server/Bartender $38/hr (min. 5 hours).
Tablesetting or dinnerware: $10 - $25 per person (depending on the selection)
