Summer Salad – Romaine lettuce, roasted walnuts, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, goat cheese

Fall Salad – Spring Mix with Baby Spinach, Roasted Butternut Squash, Candied Pecans, Sharp Cheddar Cheese

House Salad – Spring Mix, Shredded Carrots, Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes

Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, Parmesan tuille with house-made croutons

Poached Salmon in Papillote – Salmon laid on a bed of pesto and julienne vegetables, drizzled with white wine and lemon juice poached in parchment paper served with a wild rice pilaf.

Chicago Steak Tips - Marinated Steak Tips served with cinnamon and sugar smashed sweet potatoes and candied carrots

Pan Seared Pork Chops – Pork Chops stuffed with a corn bread and apple Stuffing served with garlic green beans, scalloped potatoes and apple sauce

Baked Chicken Breast - Chicken Breast stuffed with sundried tomato, pesto, spinach and mozzarella served over a bed of pasta
