Course 1:

Seared Tuna - on crispy rice with a soy miso glace

Course 2:

Edible Garden – chef’s presentation of local fresh vegetables cooked various ways

Course 3:

Crispy Artichoke Salad - lemon vinaigrette, micro arugula, heirloom tomatoes, pickled red onions and an orange preserve aioli

Course 4:

Lobster Ravioli – cold water lobster with ricotta and basil in fresh pasta, finished with a sherry lobster crema

Course 5:

Seared Chilean Sea Bass - over split pea horseradish risotto finished with a balsamic beurre rouge

Course 6:

Red Wine Braised Short Rib – over a truffle parsnip puree and roasted root vegetable bundles

Deconstructed Apple Pie

This Chefpost Experience includes the ingredients, the chef’s services, cooking, serving, and kitchen clean up.
We highly recommend booking a server for all events with more than 8 guests.
