Weekly Meal Prep (Your Ingredients)

Chef Jeffrey’s meal plan will be custom-designed upon arrival, based on the fresh ingredients you already have. 
Or, let your dedicated Chefpost concierge curate your family meal-prep menu and send you a ready-to-shop grocery list before your session.

Sample Meals (based on your pantry and taste):
- Harvest Grain Bowl (chicken breast, brown rice, kale, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts)
- Mediterranean Chicken Bowl (spinach, roasted peppers, lemon Dijon vinaigrette, feta)
- Sesame Beef Stir Fry (ginger, garlic, broccoli, house sesame sauce)
- Turkey Bacon Veggie Mini Frittatas
- Shrimp Scampi Orzo Bowl

All dietary preferences, allergies, and family needs accommodated. Chef Jeffrey manages prep, cooking, portioning, and kitchen clean up—ingredients not included.

What's Included

Your personal chef will prep and cook a variety of delicious, personalized meals for you and your family, right in your own kitchen, and leave it sparkling clean when they're done.

How Many Meals?

A full cooking session includes around 10 dishes, for example, 5 proteins and 5 sides, served/stored family-style so you can mix and match throughout the week (up to 5 servings each, depending on the quantity of ingredients you provide). Because every family is different, your menu can be tailored to you, maybe 4 proteins, 4 sides and 2 homemade snacks. The chef adapts to your needs so you get exactly what works best for you week. 

What's Not Included

  • Ingredients or grocery shopping: The chef will cook with what you already have at home.
  • Containers: Please provide your own tupperware or storage containers (between 6-10 medium and large glass containers are ideal)
