Meal Prep Session (Customer Ingredients)

**Minimum 4 meals per booking required.**

Menu will be created on chef’s arrival based on what you have in your fridge and pantry.
Each menu is personalized to your preferences, dietary needs, and restrictions.
If you have specific ingredient requests or food allergies, please mention them when booking.

What's Included

Your personal chef will prep and cook a variety of delicious, personalized meals for you and your family, right in your own kitchen, and leave it sparking clean then they're done.

How Many Meals?

A full cooking session includes around 10 dishes, for example, 5 proteins and 5 sides, served/stored family-style so you can mix and match throughout the week (up to 5 servings each, depending on the quantity of ingredients you provide). Because every family is different, your menu can be tailored to you, maybe 4 proteins, 4 sides and 2 homemade snacks. The chef adapts to your needs so you get exactly what works best for you week. 

What's Not Included

  • Ingredients or grocery shopping: The chef will cook with what you have already at home.
  • Containers: Please provide your own tupperware or storage containers (between 6-10 medium and large glass containers are ideal)

We offer complimentary meal planning to make your life easier. Our Personal Concierge at Chefpost, can create a custom meal plan based on the chef's specialties, your food preferences and dietary restrictions. Your curated meal plan + grocery list, will be delivered 24 hours after we receive your booking confirmation. Simply mention this in the "Leave a comment" box when you make the booking, and note your preferences.

Amazing experience with Chef Amanda & Chef Post! We hosted a 30 person sit down dinner for a group of female founders last night at a beautiful apt in Tribeca & all of the guests raved about the food!.
